## Blackout! Bangkok Residents to Join 'Lights Out' This Saturday for Earth Hour

This Saturday (March 23), join the movement and turn off the lights! Bangkok residents are participating in the Earth Hour event by switching off non-essential lights from 20:30 to 21:30 hrs.

Earth Hour is a global campaign organized annually on the last Saturday of March. Bangkok has been part of this event since 2008, with citizens, public agencies, and landmarks collaborating together.

The act of turning off unnecessary electrical lights for one hour not only symbolizes the awareness of global warming but also significantly reduces electricity usage.
